Date/Time: Thursday 6:30-7:30 Location: Hecht House Topic/Skill: SPIDERS! Vocabulary. Reading comprehension. Feedback provided to tutee: PJ seemed tired but worked through the material really well. By the end he seemed to have more interest in the subject matter. Lesson(s) about tutoring and/or the tutee you learned: It was really interesting to see how the tutor started the session. PJ seemed really not interested in the session but eventually became slightly more interested as the session went along. It was interesting to see the tutor pull back important words and concepts from earlier in the reading. He would then go back and ask questions to determine how well PJ understood the reading. At the end of the session we watched another video and PJ was given a little homework on Mincecraft.
