I know you must be wondering what happened with the contractor so I will tell you right away! He came to the meeting with Dojun and was very upset when he left. Usually, Dojun drives him back to the subway stop in the company car but this gentleman decided to walk after his disappointing meeting. He did write an email a few days later to thank Dojun for the pleasant experience working together and all ended as well as it could. The new contractor is not as pleasant as the old one, unfortunately, so Dojun will have to adjust to a new relationship and was sad to see the former co-worker go.
For the rest of the time, we talked about cell phones and network plans. We also compared Microsoft products to Android and I told him all about why I think Apple products are evil :)
Because I am interested in teaching in South Korea and Dojun is dedicated to improving his English, we have decided to continue chatting a few times each month. I am looking forward to continuing the friendship, but am happy that this is the final blog!
