Presentation: Vicky wrote the agenda on the whiteboard and
began to go over the test which was given as a homework at previous lesson. Later,
she wrote WH question vocabulary on the board and explained with examples how
and why we use them.
Classroom
Management: Her teaching was very enthusiastic which plays
a big role in holding students’ attention and generating students’ interest.
She was very expressive in vocal delivery, gestures.
Materials:
Whiteboard, handout, overhead projector
Student Participation: She
was asking questions to the students all the time by calling their names
randomly. Since it was a small class, the students were taking turns during the
exercises
.
Feedback Provided: She emphasized that how important to follow the
directions of the question during the tests or exams. She was also giving lots
of positive feedback (like “very good, great, perfect”) which was encouraging.
Lesson(s)
on teaching you learned: Giving real examples during the lesson
help students to understand more clearly.(example: She asked WH questions by
using some materials on the table and repeating questions by changing their
place to get different answers)
