Feedback
provided to tutee: I chose one article from the newspaper brought
by Nicole and practice extensive reading. It took very short time and although
I faced with some new vocabulary during skimming process, I was able to
summarize the article. Nicole suggested me to guess the meaning of new
vocabulary by using context clues which was more productive. I also tried to
use these new vocabulary in sentences.
Lesson(s)
about tutoring and/or the tutee you learned: Nicole is very positive
and encouraging during our tutoring sessions. Thus, I feel comfortable for
asking questions or getting comments from her.
