Feedback provided to tutee: Many of the games I found online were self-scoring. I probably wouldn't have put a grade on them myself, but they were an inherent part of the game or website. Generally, I only provided feedback when asked specific questions by my tutee.
Lesson(s) about tutoring and/or the tutee you learned: This was the first time I had to work to get my tutee to focus. She was really well-behaved but she got a little antsy after awhile. She really wanted to try the harder games such as the ones designed for 5th grade. I realized that, obviously, it was better to have too many games/websites planned instead of running out of things and having to find more on the spot. Like last week, I'm really glad I brought my laptop. Worksheets generally only take three minutes maximum to complete so it's a lot easier using the computer than printing 10+ worksheets every session.
