Date: 11/3/15 Topics Discussed: Arzu, Viktoria, and I started off talking about how hungry we were and that Starbucks actually has pretty good bagels. We also moved on to have a quick conversation on the recent elections in Turkey. It was interesting to discover that Arzu didn't like the election results. After that we moved on to talking about holidays. Obviously Turkey doesn't celebrate Thanksgiving but there was a recent holiday but I guess Arzu didn't celebrate it too much. The holiday talk then lead to food conversation. I was starving and all the talk of Turkish food made me even more hungry. Apparently Turkish food is closely related to Greek which I am completely comfortable with. It was decided that Arzu was going to bring some Turkish delight to class which is fantastic.
