Since Alhanouf had the speaking mid-term exam, she wanted
to go through her answers with me. She was thinking this would be helpful for
her final exam. I asked her the exam questions, but she had difficulty to
produce correct sentences. I asked her to write down her sentences and we went
through the grammar and spelling mistakes on them. Unfortunately, she also had
grammar exam and her score could be improved. We decided to review in our next
session.
Feedback
provided to tutee: I recommended her to study for the final
exams and tried to encourage her to study hard.
Lesson(s)
about tutoring and/or the tutee you learned: Thanksgiving break is a
good time to catch up with studies for finals.
